Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, ordering a service, or otherwise using judesktech.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our services

Judesk Tech provides WordPress website design, logo and brand identity design, social media marketing, and developer staff augmentation for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each order are defined in the package you select and confirmed before payment.

Accounts

You need an account to place an order. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment terms

All payments are made by bank transfer only. Orders remain in "Pending Payment" status until your transfer is verified, at which point work begins. Prices are confirmed before you're asked to pay — we don't add fees after the fact for standard scope.

Ownership & deliverables

Once your order is paid in full, all deliverables — including websites, code, logos, and design files — are owned by you outright. There is no ongoing license fee or usage restriction tied to us. Until full payment is received, deliverables remain our property.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, listed on the relevant service and pricing pages. Revisions beyond that number can be scoped and quoted separately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that infringes on others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judesk Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using our services at any time; amounts already paid for work completed or in progress are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
