Case study · WooCommerce Wholesale

Midwest Sport Supply

The challenge

Retail browsing needed to stay completely open, but wholesale case pricing had to disappear behind a login until a retailer applied and was approved — two different experiences on one storefront.

What we built

A gated WooCommerce storefront with a partner application flow, tiered B2B pricing, and a product page designed to feel like a real brand experience instead of a default catalog template.

Where it stands

Full front-end design system delivered and ready for WooCommerce implementation, with the partner approval workflow mapped end-to-end before a single wholesale price goes live.

Client feedback

Real clients. Real words.

“Our new site was live in just two days — fast, straightforward, and exactly what we needed. These are our guys now.”

Reliable Touch Services

“They built a wonderful layout for our wholesale store — we’re already lining up the next project with them.”

Common questions

Before you get started.

How do I pay for a project?

By bank transfer, once your order is confirmed. We don’t collect or store card details anywhere on this site — you’ll get our account details and a reference number at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every account includes a dashboard showing exactly where your project stands, from payment confirmation through delivery.

Do I need a WordPress account already set up?

No — for website projects, we handle the WordPress and Elementor setup as part of the build.

Can I order more than one service at once?

Yes. Each service is its own project with its own timeline, so you can start one now and add another later without waiting on the first.

Will I own the website and files?

Yes. Once your project is paid in full, the WordPress site, any custom code, and every delivered file are yours outright — no ongoing license or lock-in.

How many revisions do I get?

Each package includes a defined revision window before final delivery. The exact number is listed on the pricing page for your service, so there’s no ambiguity going in.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the service and package — and the timeline is agreed and confirmed before you pay a cent, not estimated after the fact.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just your project details and any brand assets or references you already have. No logo or brand colors yet? We can help you sort that out first.
