Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
One-time projects
This covers WordPress Website Design, Logo & Brand Identity, and any other single-delivery project. You can cancel anytime before we begin work with no cost at all. Once work has started, you can still cancel at any point — the project simply stops there, and any refund for work not yet completed follows our Refund Policy. A cancellation takes effect as soon as you tell us, not at the end of some notice period.
Subscription services
Social Media Marketing is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep the service through what you've already paid for, and simply aren't charged again after that. We don't offer partial-month refunds for a cycle already in progress, since content planning and posting begins as soon as that cycle starts (see our Refund Policy for the full detail on that).
Staff Augmentation
Because a Staff Augmentation engagement is a dedicated person working as part of your team, we ask for 7 days' written notice before ending the engagement, so we can wrap up in-progress work and hand off cleanly rather than stopping mid-task. Billing for the notice period is prorated to the actual end date. If a placed resource genuinely isn't the right fit, tell us as soon as possible — we'd rather resolve that quickly with a swap than have you serve out a notice period on a bad match.
Custom offers
A custom offer we send you for extra or additional work (visible on your Custom Offer page) is never an obligation on its own — if you don't want it, simply don't pay it, and nothing happens. Once a custom offer is paid, it's treated the same as the project or order it's attached to for cancellation purposes.
How to cancel
Message us through your account dashboard or our contact form with your order reference number (or which service, for a subscription) and confirm you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm back in writing once it's processed, so there's always a clear record of when a cancellation actually took effect.
Your files and content
Cancelling doesn't affect ownership of anything already delivered and paid for — if a project reached delivery before you cancelled, the files, code, and assets from that delivery remain yours. Work that was in progress but not yet delivered at the time of cancellation is not owed, consistent with our Refund Policy.
