Refund Policy

Before work begins
If you've sent a bank transfer but we haven't started work yet, you're entitled to a full refund, minus any bank fees outside our control. Just let us know and we'll process it promptly.
During the project
Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on work already completed. If we're partway through a WordPress build, for example, you'd be refunded for the portion of the package not yet delivered, not the full amount.
After delivery
Once a project is delivered and your included revision rounds are used or waived, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund. If something delivered doesn't match what was agreed in your order, tell us — that's what your revision rounds are for, and we'll make it right within that scope first.
Subscription services
Social Media Marketing and similar ongoing services are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle with no penalty. We don't offer partial-month refunds for a cycle already in progress, since content planning and posting begins as soon as that cycle starts.
How to request a refund
Message us through your account dashboard or our contact form with your order reference number and the reason for your request. We review every request individually rather than applying a rigid formula.
Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back via bank transfer to the account the original payment came from, typically within 5–10 business days.
