Social media marketing for small businesses that never get to post.
On-brand content, planned and scheduled every week — affordable enough for a new startup, built to scale with an established small business. Not generic filler posts.
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok each behave differently — but your brand should feel like the same business everywhere, whether you're a contractor, a real estate agent, a coach, or any local service business.

How we move forward
From kickoff to your first post, and every month after.
1. Discovery & strategy
We learn your business, your audience, and what your competitors are already doing on each platform.
2. Calendar planning
A full month mapped out in advance — what gets posted, where, and why, before a single caption is written.
3. Content creation
Captions written in your voice, visuals matched to your brand, and hashtags researched per post.
4. Your review
On Growth and Pro plans, you approve the calendar before anything goes live — no surprises.
5. Posting & engagement
Everything goes live on schedule, with comments and DMs monitored in between.
6. Monthly reporting
A performance summary broken down by platform, plus adjustments going into next month's calendar.
Pricing
Three plans, month to month.
Bank transfer only — cancel or change plans anytime between billing cycles.
No — we build the monthly content calendar based on your business, but you're welcome to request specific posts or promotions anytime.
Do you approve posts before they go live?
On the Growth and Pro plans, yes — you review and approve the calendar before anything is scheduled.
Can I switch platforms later?
Yes, you can adjust which platforms are covered between billing cycles as your priorities change.
Do you run paid ads too?
The Pro plan includes basic ad boost guidance. Full paid ad campaign management can be scoped separately — just ask.
Do you need access to my social media accounts?
Yes — we'll need admin or scheduling access to post directly, usually through your Meta Business Suite or platform-native tools. You keep full ownership and can revoke access anytime.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Every plan is month to month — you can cancel or change your plan anytime between billing cycles, no long-term contract required.
What do you need from me to get started?
Login access to your accounts, a few brand photos if you have them, and answers to a short questionnaire about your business and tone. We handle the rest.
Do you manage social media for contractors, real estate agents, or coaches?
Yes. We've managed social media across service-based industries like contracting, real estate, and coaching — the plans stay the same, but the content calendar is built around how that type of business actually gets found and trusted.
How often should a small business post on social media?
Consistency matters more than volume — 3 to 5 posts a week per platform is a realistic, sustainable pace for most small businesses. Posting daily with weak content usually performs worse than posting less, but better.
Is social media marketing the same as social media advertising?
No. Social media marketing is the ongoing organic content and community management we handle in every plan. Advertising is paid placement on top of that — our Pro plan includes basic ad boost guidance, and full campaign management can be scoped separately.
